Code Your Chances

I won the Diana Award in 2021 for my work as a founder of Code Your Chances. CYC generates enthusiasm for computer science through interactive workshops that focus on the many creative uses of code. Girls learn firsthand how computer science is used in movies, video games, virtual reality, augmented reality and more. Our hands-on projects aim to build confidence and show our students that anyone can learn to code! CYC has developed a portfolio of unique, free applications to help us engage students from all backgrounds and experience levels; including a web app, a mobile AR app, a virtual reality game and a computer game.
